Last updated: February 2025. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WealthUpp application, website, and related services operated by Shris Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd.
By accessing or using WealthUpp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use WealthUpp. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
WealthUpp is a distributor of mutual funds and acts as an intermediary between you and Asset Management Companies (AMCs). We facilitate investments through our AI-powered platform. All investments are subject to market risks. We receive a commission of approximately 1% on your total asset value per annum from the AMC, which is already accounted for in the fund NAVs.
You must complete the registration process including KYC verification as required by regulatory authorities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws, and not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the WealthUpp platform are the property of Shris Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthUpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or investment decisions. We do not guarantee any specific returns on investments.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
